The technology will NOT tell you how much your brain has changed. The best way is to self monitor your progress. We will talk to you about this during your initial consultation. You will be asked to identify areas of change that you would like and we will show you how to track the changes.
Sometimes, people don’t notice the changes themselves – that can have many reasons: they may start to focus on remaining problems, or their old problems might just disappear and you get used to a new way of feeling. For this reason, it can help to get feedback from family members and friends or check in with me at the end of each rental period for a brief review.
